Preorders

Every product in this collection is a preorder against confirmed distributor allocation, not a speculative listing. Pokémon sells to a limited number of official regional distributors, distributors allocate limited stock to individual retailers, and we open preorders here only once our allocation for a set is confirmed in writing. What you see listed is capped at that number, so a preorder placed with us cannot go unfulfilled because we oversold.

Orders are refundable in full within 3 days of purchase. After 3 days your order is considered booked against our confirmed allocation and becomes non refundable, with two exceptions that always apply regardless of timing: if our allocation ever comes in short of what was sold, every affected order is refunded automatically in full, and if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, that order is refunded in full, no time limit.

Stock ships as soon as it lands with us, insured and tracked, in the order preorders were placed. Worldwide street dates and shipping windows are listed on each product.
