These Terms of Service govern your use of Sassypsyduck.com and any purchase made through the site. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Product availability and allocation: Sassypsyduck sells Pokemon TCG products on a preorder and in stock basis. Preorder quantities are limited to confirmed supplier allocation. Placing a preorder secures your unit from that allocation but does not guarantee a specific ship date, as manufacturer and distributor timelines can shift.

Pricing: all prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to change without notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation are the prices you will be charged.

Payment: we accept payment via Stripe and PayPal. For preorders of RM1,750 and above, a 50 percent deposit is required at checkout, with the remaining balance due before the item ships. We will contact you to collect the balance once your item is ready to ship.

Order accuracy: it is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate at checkout. Sassypsyduck is not liable for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Product condition: all products sold are factory sealed unless otherwise stated. We do not accept returns on opened or tampered packaging except in cases of manufacturer defect.

Limitation of liability: Sassypsyduck acts as a reseller of officially licensed Pokemon TCG products. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to The Pokemon Company, Nintendo, or Game Freak. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
