Refund policy

Because Sassypsyduck specializes in limited allocation Pokemon TCG preorders, our refund policy differs for preorder and in stock items.

Preorder items: placing a preorder reserves your unit from our limited, confirmed allocation. Once a preorder is placed, it is considered booked and refunds are only available within 3 days of the order being placed. After 3 days, the order is final and non refundable, since your allocation has been locked in with our supplier and cannot be released back into general stock. For orders where a 50 percent deposit was collected (applicable to orders of RM1,750 and above), the same 3 day window applies to the deposit itself.

In stock items: if you are not satisfied with an in stock item, contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return. Items must be unopened, in original packaging, and in the condition they were received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds, once approved, are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
