Shipping policy

Sassypsyduck ships to Malaysia and Singapore.

Malaysian orders ship at a flat rate of RM15 and Singapore orders at a flat rate of RM35, regardless of order size or weight, via our courier partners. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 working days from the date an item ships, excluding public holidays.

Dispatch takes 4 days to a week from when stock is with us, depending on how busy the store is. Every order is bubble wrapped and padded with packing paper along the sides, then boxed and sealed. We film the entire packing process and email you the clip before it leaves us.

Preorder items ship separately from in stock items based on the confirmed release date listed on each product page. If your order contains both, we will tell you whether they ship together or separately. Estimated release dates come from official distributors and may shift for reasons outside our control.

Once your order ships you receive an email automatically with your tracking number. Sassypsyduck is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please check your delivery address before completing your order, as we cannot redirect a package once dispatched.
